For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act"), the data controller is Project Amuso Limited ("we", "us" and "our"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 6337515 and have our registered office at Condor House, 10 St. Paul's Churchyard, London EC4M 8AL.
This policy (together with our Terms of Use and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
Information we may collect from you

- information that you provide by creating or participating in contests which are available through applications we have developed on www.facebook.com and our websites www.amuso.com, www.projectamuso.com and all other applications and websites operated by us (our “Sites”). This may include images, photos, videos and other content uploaded or posted by you;
- information that you provide by filling in forms on our Sites or using the interactive features of our Sites. This may include any information provided at the time of registering to use our Sites, contacting us for any reason, posting and uploading content and material (including your personal profile), communicating with other users through our Sites such as via online forums or discussions or requesting further services or information. We may also ask you for information if you complain or report any problems with our Sites;
- if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence and your contact details;
- we may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;
- details of your visits to our Sites including, but not limited to, traffic data and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
PI addresses and cookies
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and contains text information. Cookies are used to support a number of functions that are available on our Sites. Please note that we do not save any personal information via such cookies. Information about you as a user can not be traced by us via such cookies.
There are several different types of cookies. We use two types of cookie. One type is a so-called 'session cookie'. During the period you are online and surfing on our Sites cookies are sent between your computer and the server in order to be able to link information, such as what language you have chosen, for example. Session cookies are not permanently stored on your computer, but disappear once you shut it down. The other type of cookie we use is stored for a limited period on your computer and is designed to save the log-in name of registered members. This is a service designed to help registered members to log-in more speedily. This cookie can only be read by our server.

Where we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you is stored on information technology systems located in the EEA which are operated by us. Some data processing in relation to web and email services is carried out on our behalf by a third party.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Access to information
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
