Project Amuso Limited (we, us and our) operates certain Games on www.amuso.com and other sites in accordance with these rules, our Terms of Use and privacy policy. Please read these rules, Terms of Use and privacy policy before entering any of our games. By participating in our Games you are taken to have agreed to these terms.

1. We operate a Game Service that allows us and users to create games and invite other users to participate in them (the “Games”). To participate in any Game, you must be a registered user with amuso, be 16 years or older, or 18 years or older for Cash Games, and located in a jurisdiction where participation is not prohibited.
2. A user who creates a Game is called a Creator and a user who participates in a Game is called a Player. When a Creator creates a Game, he or she must describe what the Game is about, explain the rules for participating in the Game, decide who may enter (friends or everyone) and explain on what skill basis the Winner will be determined.
3. Players will have the opportunity to participate in games by submitting an entry to the Game page in which the Player wishes to take part.
4. Following the submission of the entry, Players in cash Games will need to pay a participation fee using either premium text messages, credit card or PayPal.
5. Participation fees may vary according to the specific Game, form of payment and/or location of the Player. amuso reserves the right to change the participation fee.
6. At any time prior to the end of the Game, Players will be eligible to vote on entries submitted to the Game.
7. amuso will determine the Winner of the Games using a statistical algorithm that analyzes voting results. Our decision as to the Winner is final and is determined in our absolute discretion.
8. Not all Games are for a prize. Prizes are only awarded for the Winners of a “Cash Game” and other “Sponsored Games” subject to these rules and our Terms of Use.
9. We may designate certain Games as “Sponsored Games” and will state the prize available to the Winner of the Sponsored Game on the site.
10. Prizes may include cash and physical goods and “virtual goods” such as graphical icons.
11. We will inform the Winner that they have won by using the email address provided to us. When we contact the Winner, we may ask him/her for details, including address and PayPal account details in order to deliver the prize. Winners may lose their right to claim a prize if they do not reply to our email within 30 days.
12. In the case of cash prizes, we will make payment to Winners using the PayPal online service. Winners must give us PayPal account details to make this payment. Payment will be made within 30 days from the end of the Game provided that the Winner gives us account details promptly.
13. In the case of physical good prizes, we will deliver by standard post the goods to the address provided to us within 30 days from the end of month in which the Game ended provided that the Winner gives us account details promptly. We are not responsible to Winners for any delays in the postal service or if the goods are lost or damaged in anyway during their delivery.
14. In the case of Virtual good prizes, we will provide the prize within 30 days of the conclusion of the Game.
15. We may also invite third parties to sponsor prizes for Games. In this event, it is the responsibility of the third party to deliver prizes to the Winners and we do not accept any responsibility for the prizes they deliver or fail to deliver.
16. The use of our Sites and any content uploaded by users must comply with our Terms of Use. We may revise these rules at any time. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.
